Delivered a full commercial fitout, including floor preparation, roof repairs and upgraded electrical services. Works included new partitions, ceilings and amenities, creating a compliant, functional workspace with a coordinated, high-quality finish.

Project Highlights

We completed a full commercial fitout, transforming the existing space into a functional and compliant working environment.

Works commenced with floor levelling and preparation to address existing inconsistencies and provide a suitable base for new finishes. Roof repairs and upgrades were undertaken to ensure the building envelope was weatherproof and fit for purpose.

Electrical services were upgraded and reconfigured to suit the new layout, including provisions for lighting, power and equipment requirements.

The internal fitout included installation of new glazed partitions, plasterboard walls and suspended ceilings, forming offices and functional work areas. We also delivered new bathroom and kitchen facilities, including all associated services, waterproofing and finishes.

The project was delivered with a coordinated approach across all trades, ensuring a smooth program and a high-quality outcome.
