Project Highlights

Large-scale passive fire rectification works were delivered to these multi-storey residential strata complex in Penrith.

The project formed part of a significant compliance upgrade targeting fire separation, compartmentation and service penetration defects identified throughout sole occupancy units, common areas, fire-isolated stairs and the basement carpark.

The scope involved systematic inspection and rectification of non-compliant penetrations across all levels, including removal of defective fire collars, sealants and fire-rated systems, followed by installation of compliant fire stopping in accordance with AS1530.4 and AS4072.1.

Works were undertaken across hundreds of locations, requiring detailed access coordination with residents and strata management to ensure minimal disruption while maintaining strict quality control and certification standards.

Delivered over a staged programme, the project included full documentation, inspection signoffs and compliance reporting to support statutory fire safety obligations and ongoing regulatory requirements.
