Padstow - Warehouse Upgrade and Mezzanine Fitout

This project focused on upgrading an existing warehouse to improve usability, durability and internal layout.

Works included preparation and installation of a seamless epoxy flooring system across the slab, providing a hard-wearing finish suited to high-traffic use. A new mezzanine level was constructed to introduce additional storage and workspace, designed to integrate with the existing structure.

Electrical services were upgraded and extended to support the new mezzanine and revised floor layout. Internal modifications included new partitioning, ceilings and glazing to create defined work areas, along with construction of new amenities including bathrooms and a kitchenette.

The completed space delivers a more efficient layout with improved functionality and long-term durability.
